PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment in full for any and all products and services to be provided by WRK Designers under your Contract is due in advance, except
otherwise expressed on the contract. WRK Designers shall be entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withhold any products or
services it is otherwise obligated to deliver or provide under your Contract until payment in full has been received.

REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction, but in the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your product or service we will refund your
money minus the service fee, please review our packages. Please ask us for the conditions in order to qualify for a refund.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS POLICY:
You represent and warrant that you are the owner of or have the exclusive right to use any and all proprietary information you provide to WRK Designers in furtherance of or in connection with your Contract, including without limitation any and all trade names, trademarks, music, copyrights, graphics, designs, logos and similar materials or information.

TERMINATION POLICY:
WRK Designers reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, to reject, cancel or terminate, permanently or
temporarily, your order for any product or service offered by WRK Designers,

INFORMATION COLLECTED POLICY:
We will not disclose or share your Personally Identifiable Information to unaffiliated third parties without your express consent. We may need to share your Personally Identifiable Information to our affiliated companies. However, we will provide them with only that
information necessary to perform their functions, and will not allow them to use that information for any other purpose.
